Laura Pannack: Separation and Youth
’I learn most when I walk with a camera; about myself and the company I share. I engage. I stop mentally. I listen.’
This exhibition brings together works from Pannack’s recent 'Separation' series in addition to well known images which respond to her overarching interests in 'Youth'
Love is one of life’s mysteries. It is something that most can relate to and yet there is no one emotion that defines it. Love can bring elation, it can also bring despair. Separation explores the angst and myriad emotions experienced by London-based couples who, as a result of Brexit, have been forced to contemplate separation.
Brexit has long garnered column inches for its political implications, but what does it mean for love
Award-winning images that all focus on capturing the essence of youth, nostalgia and time. The images illustrate her beautiful engagement with the subject and derive from various projects made over the past 10 years.
YOUTH (Vol. 1) Limited edition set of 27 lithographic postcards
